We were really excited about this product. We wanted to be able to charge all our remotes at the same time without removing the sleeves. However, when we plugged it in it NEVER worked.

I bought this to replace the original Nyko charger I had. I thought it would be a great product that would work well as I woudn’t have to remove the remote form the jacket to charge. With Wii Motion Plus coming out I figured that feature would be great.
Unfortunaltly my product wouldn’t work. After charging the batteries only one of them would actually work. After trying to play a game it died after 30 seconds. I tried in multiple Wii-motes with no luck. I then tried to charge again but they all were “fully charged”.
Even if this product would have worked for me there was some things I would be worried about. First the build of the battery packs doesn’t seem to be all that good. I know it’s not a top of the line product but it seemed to be built cheaper than I expected. Also the battery packs are very small will only take up half of the space provided for batteries. This had me worried that it might not have the longest lasting charge as my Nyko battery packs were easily twice the size.
This product has a great idea and great potential but poor execution.

The concept of this charger is great but it comes with the cheapest batteries aND HALF OF THE BATTERIES DONT WORK. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT UNLESS IF THEY REPLACE THE BATTERIES THAT THEY ARE USING. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I NEED TO FIND OUT WHERE EVEN TO GET REPLACEMENT BATTERIES FOR THIS UNIT WHICH HALF NEVER WORKED IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE COMPANY SHOULD BE THE ONE TO REPLACE THEM. I ONLY HAVE THIS UNIT ABOUT A MONTH AND ONLY 2 BATTERIES KEEP THE CHARGE

I’ve been using this charger for 3 months and it works great. With this there’s no need to buy batteries. Each charge lasts for many gaming sessions for me, so I don’t find I need to recharge them too often. It’s great being able to charge the batteries without having to remove them from the controller or taking off the cover. Just place the controller on the pad, push the button and they start charging. The blinking light lets you know when it’s ready.

The product is a very good concept, charge without removing the jacket, this is the main reason I bought it. I had this for about 3 months, so far so good, but I think 1 of the 4 battery doesn’t hold charge very well, plus the fact that if charge with the jacket on, it takes 4 times longer to fully charge, that’s the reason I am giving a 4 stars instead of 5. I hardly play more than 2 hours at a time, it has never failed yet but I cannot comment on exactly how long the battery lasts.
I saw some folks getting all upset because they got a lemon, and some are very happy. I think we need to be realistic here, the way I see it, this is a good product and well worth the money. But it is made in China and we all know the quality control in China, if it doesn’t work, return and exchange until you get a good working one.
